Rich Keith


Media veteran Rich had been working with online digital creators for five years and couldn’t find the right agency to work with, so he started Fourth Floor to make sure there was at least one doing it right.


Catherine Cheetham


An operations and product specialist, Catherine joined Fourth Floor after stints at Good Energy, MyLife Digital and OVO Energy. She won the prestigious IT industry ITSMF Service Management Award for her work there.

With a decade in games media, from Eurogamer to Curse and Network N, Dean brings a wealth of experience in planning and running successful activation for clients of all shapes and sizes.

YouTube certified expert, Dave specialises in connecting brands with influencers to lift sales, establish credibility and build active communities of advocates.
