Campaign Manager - Germany

We’re looking for someone special to help launch Fourth Floor in the German market.

About you

  • You have spent at least three years working for a platform, a digital network, an agency or media company in marketing, sales or audience growth.

  • You might know a lot of influencers personally and have great relationships with many of them. You could even be a YouTuber or Twitch streamer yourself.

  • What you definitely are is great at starting and building relationships, experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and fantastic at executing on plans.

  • And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, update your Instagram regularly and understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment.

  • This isn’t your average role - you’ll be helping to shape our approaches and join at an exciting time of growth for the business.

The role

  • You will be working remotely from your choice of location in Germany. Liaising regularly with the campaign team to pitch and deliver campaigns and projects that work with influential and high-profile collaborators – from YouTubers and streamers to celebrity talent.

  • Supporting our existing partners in Germany as well as evaluating new potential partnerships.

  • The long term goal is to progress to a German Country manager, establish an office and grow a team locally.


  • Develop, research, plan and pitch campaigns to existing and new clients.

  • Identify influencers, build relationships, and negotiate partnerships with leading creators and networks to grow talent roster.

  • Work with clients on paid brand campaigns and act as creator point of contact for all talent-related campaign deliverables.

  • Work closely with creators to ensure the timely fulfillment and adherence to creative briefs for brand partner requirements.

  • Monitor analytics to develop programs that assist creators with audience development strategies and best practices across relevant social platforms.

  • Demonstrate proven in-depth and expert knowledge of all current digital trends and digital/social channels.

  • Demonstrate an authoritative knowledge and understanding of a client’s target consumer market.

  • Work closely with data analyst to deliver competitive campaign KPIs and robust post campaign reviews.

  • Pro-active day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure daily requirements are met.

  • Drive and lead client meetings. Present status updates in a professional and knowledgeable manner

  • Lead projects from briefing to presentation, full implementation and delivery.

  • Proactively pitch new ideas to clients – ensure concepts are aligned with overall business/PR objectives and strategy.


  • Experience in the entertainment sales, marketing, MCN, or digital talent management space.

  • Thorough understanding of the creator/brand/social ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of digital landscape and audience development.

  • A passion for video games and geek culture.

  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
