Creator
Payment FAQ

Fourth Floor’s
payment timeline:

Standard payment terms are 45 days after all content is live and a valid invoice has been sent. Payment will only be made if all analytics as laid out in Additional Terms and a Creator Payment Information Form have been submitted.

If all of the deliverables have been met, including sending Fourth Floor the required analytics, your payment will be processed in our next payment run, of which, runs bi-weekly.

Q. What does all of this mean?

A. In general, creator payments take approximately 5 or 6 weeks to be processed from when the last piece of content goes live.

Q. Why does it take so long?

A. We base everything on making sure that everyone - you, clients and audiences - get fair value, from the way we price to how we manage campaigns. Part of this is making sure that clients know how well the campaign has performed. To achieve this, we need to have full analytics from all sponsored content and we can only get that directly from you. To make sure clients have the full picture we ask for these to be shared with us 28 days after the content goes live. Once received, creators are marked as ready for payment.

Q. Why can’t I get paid when my content goes live?

A. As described above, knowing how your videos, streams or posts have performed is a vital element of the campaign which is why it's in the agreement and part of what you're being paid for.

Q. How else could the payment be delayed?

A. Payment may be delayed if we are waiting for payment from the client. This is a rare occurrence and does not mean that creators will not be paid. We have never failed to pay a creator we’ve worked with.

All in all, we ask that you bear with us and we appreciate your patience as we follow the necessary steps required in getting your payment to you.
