INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN MANAGER/EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a superstar campaign executive/manager to join our growing team.

ABOUT YOU

  • You might have worked for a platform, a digital network, an agency or media company in marketing, sales or audience growth.

  • You might know a lot of influencers personally and have great relationships with many of them. You could even be a YouTuber or Twitch streamer yourself.

  • What you definitely are is great at starting and building relationships, experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and fantastic at executing on plans.

  • And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, update your Instagram regularly and understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment.

  • This isn’t your average role - you’ll be helping to shape our approaches and join at an exciting time of growth for the business.



THE ROLE

  • You will be based in our Bristol office working in the campaign team to pitch and deliver campaigns and projects that work with influential and high-profile collaborators – from YouTubers and streamers to celebrity talent.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, research, plan and pitch campaigns to existing and new clients.

  • Identify influencers, build relationships, and negotiate partnerships with leading creators and networks to grow talent roster.

  • Work with clients on paid brand campaigns and act as creator point of contact for all talent-related campaign deliverables.

  • Work closely with creators to ensure the timely fulfillment and adherence to creative briefs for brand partner requirements.

  • Monitor analytics to develop programs that assist creators with audience development strategies and best practices across relevant social platforms.

  • Demonstrate proven in-depth and expert knowledge of all current digital trends and digital/social channels,

  • Demonstrate an authoritative knowledge and understanding of a client’s target consumer market.

  • Work closely with data analyst to deliver competitive campaign KPIs and robust post campaign reviews.

  • Pro-active day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure daily requirements are met.

  • Drive and lead client meetings. Present status updates in a professional and knowledgeable manner

  • Lead projects from briefing to presentation, full implementation and delivery.

  • Proactively pitch new ideas to clients – ensure concepts are aligned with overall business/PR objectives and strategy.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in the entertainment sales, marketing, MCN, or digital talent management space.

  • Thorough understanding of the creator/brand/social ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of digital landscape and audience development.

  • A passion for video games and geek culture.

  • Languages (especially Spanish and German) a definite plus.

CREATOR RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for someone with the expertise to manage relationships with gaming creators across different platforms

DESIGNER

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to work with our creative and production teams.

ABOUT YOU

  • You’re a graphic design freelancer who has worked in fashion or merchandising as well as social media and digital content.

  • You love YouTube, watch Twitch, update your Instagram regularly and know the latest online trends and memes.



THE ROLE

  • You will be working with our creator services team to create amazing merchandise and online branding.



DUTIES

  • Conceptualise and deliver merchandise for creators and brands.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for social media and website activities.

  • Develop and execute on ideation, building brand awareness and bringing creator brands to life.

  • Create web graphics and banners that capture the attention and drive actions.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Graphics Arts or related field.

  • Experience designing for fashion or merchandise clients.

  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
