Anna is the financial backbone of the operation, helping us go from two people in the corner of an office to a group of 60+ people spread across four offices.

Robert spent a decade at 20th Century Fox as Managing Director and SVP, was CEO of Future Publishing in the UK and has held many other senior marketing positions at gaming and entertainment companies.

Michael is an experienced leader, with a successful track-record across Twitch, CBS, and EA (agency side). He has well-proven credentials in building and managing successful teams, and heads up the Fourth Floor agency.

Bob’s role is to promote creativity and creative thinking at Fourth Floor. He is here to inspire, develop and motivate the creative team to produce best-in-class campaigns, merchandise and productions for all our clients. He is an experience creative who has worked in content marketing, digital design, video, branding and print throughout his 30+ year career.
